How fast is your turnaround?

Small custom jobs — business cards, diaries, seals, single gifts — take 24 to 48 hours. Large bulk print campaigns and apparel orders need 3 to 5 business days from layout sign-off. Urgent same-day requests are often possible; ask on WhatsApp before ordering.

How much do business cards cost?

The current starting price and minimum quantity are shown on the business cards product page. Premium finishes (matte lamination, spot UV, thick boards) are quoted per job.

Will the printed colors match my screen exactly?

We calibrate for the closest possible match, but screens display color differently from ink on paper or fabric. Slight tonal variation between screen and print is standard across the industry. If exact brand colors are critical, share your Pantone/CMYK codes with the artwork.

Do you print school items?

Yes — school diaries, report books, uniforms and PE kits, exercise-book branding, signage and award trophies. We serve schools across Kenya; bulk school packages are a specialty.

Can you brand items I bought elsewhere?

In most cases yes — bring your own garments, mugs, bottles or equipment and we print or engrave on them. We assess the material first, because some coatings and fabrics take branding better than others. Branding customer-supplied items is at the owner's risk on the first test piece.

Do you do large format and outdoor signage?

Yes — banners, backdrops, roll-up stands, wall branding, vehicle branding, 3D signs and light boxes, printed on outdoor-grade materials.

What is on-site asset tagging?

Our #MaasaiOnBoard mobile laser unit comes to your school, hospital, office or site and permanently engraves your organisation's name (and serial numbers if needed) onto assets — chairs, laptops, tools, utensils, gumboots, almost anything. Marking is permanent: no stickers to peel off.

How much does asset tagging cost?

Pricing is per item and drops with volume — small batches are charged at a higher per-piece rate and 1,000+ items get the best tier. Serialization (unique running numbers per item) adds a small per-item fee. Send your approximate asset count on WhatsApp for an exact quote.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is free within Nairobi. For deployments outside Nairobi, we confirm any travel charge in your individual quote before work begins.

What materials can you engrave?

Metal, wood, leather, glass, plastic, rubber and coated surfaces — from pens and keyholders to machinery plates. If you're unsure about a material, send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll confirm.

Do you sell laser machines?

Yes. We supply laser engraving and marking machines, deliver countrywide, install, and train your team free of charge. After-sales support comes from people who run these machines daily — us.

Is the training really free?

Yes — every machine purchase includes free hands-on operator training so your investment starts earning immediately.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. Finished orders ship to any county via courier, and larger deliveries (like laser machines) are handled directly by our team. Delivery cost is included in your quote once you share your town.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely — collect from Printers Center Building, 3rd Floor, Kirinyaga Road, Nairobi. We're open Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 8PM.

Payment details (M-Pesa or bank transfer for corporate orders) are shared together with your quote. For custom production, payment or an agreed deposit is confirmed before production begins.

Do you work with companies, schools and NGOs?

Yes — we handle LPOs, formal quotations and invoices for institutions, and recurring supply arrangements for uniforms, print materials and asset tagging programs.

What if there is a mistake on my order?

If the error is ours — wrong print against the approved proof — we redo the affected pieces at no cost. Errors contained in an approved proof (spellings, numbers) are the client's responsibility, which is why we always insist you double-check the proof.

Can I change my order after paying?

Before production starts, yes — message us immediately. Once printing or engraving has begun, changes are quoted as new work, since materials are already committed.

Yes — every custom job gets a digital proof on WhatsApp. Production starts only after you approve it. Please check names, phone numbers and spellings carefully: once a proof is approved, corrections after printing are billed as a reprint.
